Baby Rhyme Time at Carrum Downs Library is a free half-hour session for babies aged 0 to 12 months who aren't yet walking, built around songs, rhymes and gentle bonding activities. It's designed to support early learning and give parents ideas for being their baby's first teacher. The relaxed, small-group format suits new parents looking to meet others in the area. Held at the library on Lyrebird Drive, Carrum Downs, with no cost to attend.
