Baby Time at Altona Meadows Library and Learning Centre is a gentle session of songs, rhymes and stories built around nurturing babies' early language development and a love of books. Parents and carers pick up some practical literacy tips along the way that they can keep using at home. It's a free session, so there's no cost barrier to giving it a try. The library is on Newham Way in Altona Meadows, an easy stop with a baby in tow.
