No Lights No Lycra is a casual, free-form dance session held in a darkened, alcohol-free room with no choreography or judgement, just music and the freedom to move. There's no membership required; book in or turn up. Bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes. Open to all ages, genders and backgrounds.
