Sister Soldier at Gasworks Creative Precinct in Albert Park highlights women's perspectives of the Vietnam War, centred on army nurse Lt. Barbara Black, the only Australian servicewoman casualty of the war. The exhibition brings together artworks, photographs, posters and poetry by Australian, Vietnamese and American women, alongside a short film made from Barbara Black's letters, photos and slides from her 1968 to 1969 tour of duty.
